  • Scheduled on-site PM according to PM-plan
  • Yearly calibration/calibration check if applicable
  • All travel cost and accommodation included
  • 10% discount on PM-parts
  • 10% discount on software
  • 10% discount on software upgrades
  • Free software updates
  • Service report and full traceability

Corrective Maintenance

  • Targeted 10 working days on site response time
  • 3 working days on-site response time (emergency fee)
  • 20% discount at on-site labour cost
  • 10% discount on spare parts
  • 10% discount on in-house repair
  • Service report and full traceability

Support and Product Training

  • Free unlimited remote support (normal office hours) 
  • 20% discount on product training (max. 3 attendees)
